Hime's Warmth

I remembered how I was scared two days before my C section.
I told Hime,
"Hime I'm scared. "

and Hime looked up at me, and
she showered me with her Huggies.
She was concerned about me
and she did what she knew would comfort me.

She purred, purred
and rubbed her cheeks on me,
and it wasn't enough,

she perched on my shoulder
so she could keep showering me with Hime Hugs.

She was Intuitive, Smart and Kind like that.


She knew I was scared,
and maybe she sensed Zum was coming early.

Because Zum arrived a day early the next day!

Hime was a big part in helping me become a mom.

Zumzum's Company

This is what Zumzum made ....
Kitty shaped bread and she even desinged a special basket for the bread too!

Her teacher and us ,
we were so amazed at her talent!
Zumzum said she calculated how the bread would rise so hers turned out to be perfect!

The design was of course based on both Hime and Indie.

Black cats bring Good Fortune!

Hime will always be with Zumzum!

Still 5 Months Old But So Full of Love

Indie loves her adopted cat family...
especially her big brothers! 

She will go up to the other cats , and say ,
“wrrrrrhhh!” Like a little dove,

and try to rub up next to them. 

She makes such effort to be with them! 

She doesn’t discriminate , she will try to do that with Frankie Onechan too.
She will talk to Frankie by saying "wrhhhhh! " When she sees Frankie come in through the cat flap.
But she usually gets a “Grrraaughhhhh!!!! “ or “Hisss!!!!”

So it usually is her big brothers, TT Oniichan or Mieszky Oniichan.

 

She loves their company and licks them too. 

Sometimes if everyone is gathered around,

I get to sit with them and Indie will snuggle with me and start purring. She would even rubs her cheek on my hands!

 

Such a clever little girl, only 5 months old!

She is already longer than Hime though!!!

Hime’s Mom

I am thankful to Hime’s mom who we met briefly.

She was young and small like Hime and looked a lot like her but black and white. 

She must've passed down her Special genes to Hime, because Hime was already the most Creative and Nosiest kitten at Cats Protection at 1 month old.

Hime was the size of my palm, and she came and walked across my shoulders Prrrr Prrr-ing and rubbing her tiny face on my face.
She was black, and tiny , almost a kitten that you would look over because of her tinyness and blackness, but there was a special spark.

Her mom was with the other kittens but she was eager to get stroked too, she said,
" hey, come look at me too,I have 5 kittens but I am super cute and special! "

We regretted immediately after getting Hime , not picking her mom up too. But of course her mom got adopted too right away.

It makes me think that being Super Nosey and taking interest in things , noticing things , make our lives so special. 


I hope me, and my kids can also make our lives

like Grand Master Hime!

They Come Visit (in Japan)

Zum told me about how my old cats come visit in Ojichan and Obachan's house. The last time we were there she was only 5 years old.

She says the cat is white so it sounds like Jimmy or Skachan is coming to see me and Zum visiting.

What surprised me even more was that she said there was a bird flying over "Pata Pata--" to us when we are there. That must be my swallow!

I can't believe he is coming to see me, I never forgot him , he was such a special friend to me.

It is so amazing that people and animals we love do come visit. It gives me a warm feeling about them being near.

I Love Home Schooling!

Hime is loving Home schooling!

She comes by every time Zum starts her work.... 

Gives her huggies by stepping on her textbook ....
She wants to know what's happening!

"You're doing something that looks like fun!!
Can I join you ??"

Hime Loves to learn. She is smart and NOSEY,
It is a definite requirement for good learner.
Loves to study Japanese too.
Sits in her SNOOPING SPOT to make sure she doesn't miss anything!

Great thing about homeschooling is you can sit in your backyard for lunchtime and laze around with the cats.

Mieszk Being Pampered!

I think everyone really missed Mieszko.
As Zum tells me she’s no longer my baby , All my Current Babies are on the bed!!!

Paz slept next to him and he didn’t even mind when Mieszky slept with his head on top of Paz’s head! Paz, being the meanie, would normally smack him!
Paz even licked him!

That's so nice Paz. You must've missed your only friend.















Hime let him sleep next to her too , and she didn’t hit him either. She normally hits all her brothers when they come too close!
She licked his head too!

You are not alone

Hiro’s favorite seems to be Walter .

When Walter come to say hello , Hiro smiles and touches his fluffy fur. 

Walter doesn’t like to stay on the bed with us so eventually jumps off but it’s very nice of him to drop by!

 Walter comes and sits next to him when he’s crying .

Walter doesn’t like loud noises so he hides when zum’s friends come over. 

But when my kids are crying it seems to be a different story . 

I worry about Hiro , says Walter.

And his big sister’s here too !

I Am Zum’s Cat!

 Look at them together! 

 The Tail says it all! 

 T and Zum! They love each other!

Zum would stick up for Thor. 

Every time we spoke about rehoming him because of him and Paz not getting along. 

She says “No! I love Mr Pinky! “ 

 Zum was only 2 when he came, he was very tolerant of her, even when she accidentally tap him or step on him. He’d hiss and bite me if I had done the same thing. 

He says,  “Zumzum, thanks for keeping me here, I’m your loyal T , forever and ever!”

Big Onechan is 12!!

Big Sisters

Zum is very good at making Hiro laugh!
He does the “aha, ahah , ahaha!” Cute baby laugh. I think he started doing that at 4 months.
I played him a video of Zum talking to him and he smiles and laughs at that too.
Wow, Zum must be THAT GOOD!!!

He started to watch Hime when she’s sitting by him.
Hime is a great big sister too , she wants to give him Hime Hugs so she hugs his foot. And back of his head!
It’s nice being the first child but 2nd child definitely gets lots of stimulation
from siblings so there’s quirks to both.

Loyal Paz

Paz wanted to come practice riding bike with Zum.
We walked away from his normal territory but he still wanted to come!

We got to the Cul De Sac which Paz doesn't really go to, and he still followed us, and he walked around the Cul de Sac meowing.

I told him we were here but he still walked around.
This lady came out and asked if he was our cat. I said yes.
She said she thought he was lost, and wanted to see if he had a collar.

I told her he doesn't usually come here but wanted to follow us, and it was nice that someone was looking out for him too.

She said "He is Beautiful!"
Yes he really is!!! He is the color of sunset!

We had to go back again because Zum had to go to the bathroom, and of course Paz followed us.
We went back to the Cul De Sac and so did Paz. Again!






Zum did well and so did Paz!!
