Morning Greetings

One year ago May 24 2025 my Mieszkins and Indie Kaijyu , the nicest cats on the planet were waking me up .

Now Mieszky is in heaven , but Indie is here with me. She even let me pick her up during our Coffee Guru Guru Time and nuzzle her.

My Coffee Friend

Some days things are tough and I miss my best friend Hime so much.

But someone quietly comes by my side and brings her shinning light to me.

Indie.

When I am having my coffee,
she quietly comes to sit on the chair next to me and purrs.

She and I can share the silence together and it is a nice and cozy feeling.

It's nice feeling when it is Indie Guruguru Time .

Because Indie is like a fairy of Tranquility and Kindness.

Bringing her gentle light.

What Am I Smelling??

When we were adopting Frankie , we got the blanket from Frankie's pen to bring to us.

I showed it to T and he , was very suspicious, and went in the bag to sniff further.

We took our cats blanket to Frankie to show her, she gave it a sniff, and was not interested any more than that!

Turns out Frankie dislikes all cats anyway, so it did not matter!

Sweet Mieszky did not care if a new old cat blanket came that smelled of a big Maine Coon!

He likes everybody, cat or human!

Hiro’s Go To

I think it's Mani!
He's just so puffy abd irresistible !!

And he is patient with Hiro.

　He wrote an essay about Mani, Mani is a soft big teddy bear.

Hime Boss and T

"We are not so different Hime Boss and Me,"
T says.

Hime Boss even let me sit next to her
on Mama's lap without wacking me,
sometimes!!

Everybody else hated the cat carrier ,

I personally love it and go in it whenever I get a chance!

Hime Boss likes sitting on top of it,
so we have a sort of a Bunk Bed!!


Hime Boss and I are both Loyal friends to the humans!

Prince Of Darkness

T is a Prince! He's handsome, and smart , and mean to all the cats except Indie .
He gives me a head butt on my back when I'm not expecting it ,
shows me he loves me
in a quiet and sleek way!

Look at his beautiful fur and powerful eye !
Such a chracter !

First Besties

Hime and Baby Paz! They were originally this big!

Pazzy is 1 year younger than Hime, I think, so he was still 6 months old when he came to ours.


Hime looks like Indie!

Grew up to be this Big!!!

Especially Paz!!

Baby Indie

Baby Indie when she was just 2 months old,

she really was a Christmas present to us all!

Why , Why did I not take more pictures of her when she was tiny!?!?!?

This is her this morning.

Indie is not tiny anymore
but Look at her!

She is so beautiful
and she still has a heart of gold!


When I call her, she says ,"rrrhhhh!"

Mani Makes Lots of Effort

T T Oniichan is sitting quietly , enjoying his afternoon nap on the chair.

There is a rustling behind the chair, what is that?

TT Oniichan knows exactly who is making that annoying rustling!!!


"WRRRR," he says.

"It's Me, TT Oniichan!
Wanna play???"

"Wrrrrrrr" , TT Oniichan says in a low growl.

"Come on, Please play with me!!!"
Mani says.

Mani hides again, but shows a little tail.

"Come chase me!!!"

TT Oniichan refuses !!!


Well, it worked ONCE with Frankie Onechan!
She actually chased Mani!!

Doesn't hurt to keep trying!

Hiro Sleeping Buddy

It was Mieszky!
He's Patient, Gentle, and doesn't mind noise!

Frankie When She Puts Her Mind to It

I would say that Frankie is almost as clever as Hime or Mieszky.

she is very alert and she seems to understand a lot.

but she's too busy growling, or hissing, or ignoring me on purpose!

but when she is in a good mood ("Kew!") she is very able! But that happens only once in a while!!

Hime Came To See Me

There was a black cat sitting on my lap.

She was short
(shorter than long Indie)
and she did a big Roll on my lap with her legs curled up and her arms stretched,
and she looked at me.
It was HIME!!!

She had the proud Hime look on her face when she is discovering new things, doing mischievious things .

She would do a long stretch to say,

"Hey look at me, I'm SOOO creative! "


I said to Shane in my dream,

"Look! It's Hime! She's doing her roll! "

It's the first time she ever came to me in my dream.

She looked very excited like she normally does when her mind is thinking.

Like that time we got that 300 yen scratching post from Japan.
She instantly went on it, and did not even hesitate to scratch it!

Also like the time
she saw me wearing my new

£300 sheepskin leather jacket,

she approved the leather quality
straight away,
She jumped on my left shoulder,

and scratched the shoulder of the leather jacket ,

WHILE I was wearing it!!

It's so great to see you Hime!
And you still have that mischief proud look on her face!

MISCHIEF MANAGED!!!

Mani turning into FIERCE SHRIMP!!

He is not your typical softie,
he is actually very strong like a dwarf!

If you pick him up without his approval,
he curls up his short wide torso
to get his bunny feet into your arms
and KICK YOU !!!!

Butterscotch Frankie

Sometimes she blends in with the fallen leaves on the ground,
sometimes she looks like a butterscotch brownie!

Frankie is so cute when she is sleeping!

We were telling her our wish for the kids to get a medal today,
and lo, and behold!...she listened!!
She does hear you, when she really wants to!

Mieszky New Year Morning

My Mieszky with me on
New Year's Day 2025,
what a great start of the year. Full of Love.

Always there for me,

Miesky!

Attentive and Gentle.

And we have Bag Princess the Second ,
couple of hours earlier!

T is more like Loki than Thor

We have and had with us many cats but
is there a cat more cunning ,
calculating,
yet trouble causing than T??

When I was reading the Norse Folk Tales, Loki is EXACTLY that!!

yes he LOOKS the part, handsome , strong and looks like your typical Norse God!!

But he is loyal friend to us humans and he makes up for all of his Loki-ness!!

When You Can Enjoy the Silence With Someone

That's when you know when you have a special bond.
Indie and TT Oniichan.

They don't do this with just anybody,
it's from the years of trust Indie earned with TT Oniichan by respecting his space.

not playing with his tail(even though she was a kitten) ,
and Playing with TT Oniichan when he feels like it.


Only the chosen few. For T anyway.

Guru Guru Time is a Special Time

One thing about Indie is that she is very shy but also very loving.

When it is calm and quiet, Indie comes and sits next to me, or on my left leg for Guru Guru time.

It is a priviledge because she will only come and sit next to you , only if she likes you, and if it is calm.

Guru Guru time usually happens around 6 am or 2pm when it is quiet and no one is stomping around.
She will be there without me knowing that she was sitting next to me, and we enjoy the quietness together.

Sometimes her brothers can join, TT, Mieszky, or Mani.
and I don't think I can remember Guru guru time with Indie and Frankie together by me yet!
