Mieszky is Back!

Mieszky was sick in September. He lost about 1.5kg and was throwing up a lot.
I was worried he was sick, and he had an ultrasound.

His organs were fine, and the vet said they did find that his bottom tooth was hurting him.
I was so glad, but still had to make sure he was eating.
He seemed to eat salmon, so I gave him salmon a bit, but he did not seem to want to eat the wet food that much anymore.

I always thought "animal derivatives" in the wet pouches were very dubious.
So I ordered Kat Kins for him to try.
He was chewing the food and eating again.

And since he has been on the 100% meat diet, I see him jumping around again!

He still sleeps a lot, but when he is awake, he even plays with Indie's ball , or sometimes plays with Indie!

I am so glad my Best Friend Mieszky is bouncy and he has put on some weight again. The vet says 16 in cat years is like 80 in human years. But it goes to show, what we eat does help make our health and has an impact on rejuvenating the mind too. My Best Friend Mieszky, the runt of the litter, still jumping around at 16!
